Bescot Banter is an independent look at Walsall Football Club. Our website launched in July 2010 and swiftly evolved from a one-man blog to a fully fledged news website, offering breaking news, match previews, stats and reports helping us to offer a wide range of choice for both the committed Saddler and the casual fan.Along with our regular on-site postings we also have a column in the Express & Star's Saturday football pull-out 'Kick Off', and over the years we have also shared our views with organisations such as World Soccer magazine, The Guardian, Prostate Cancer UK and Betfair.
Our articles have been featured on several other football blogs including, The Notts Blog (Notts County), The Exiled Robin (Swindon Town), Beesotted Brentford, Los Three Amigos (Wigan Athletic), News at Den (Millwall), The Football Lab and many more.
Over the years we have also had the privilege of interviewing several former Walsall players, including, Jorge Leitao, Andy Rammell and Kyle Lightbourne.
