There are a handful of Saddlers currently out on loan, with players from the academy and first-team looking to impress and potentially force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans.
Jenson Kilroy • Farsley Celtic
After joining Farsley on an emergency loan following an injury to Will Brook, Jenson went straight into the starting XI as his new side took on Darlington in the National League North.
Making their way to Blackwell Meadows, Celtic sat at the foot of the table having already had their relegation confirmed and weren't able to secure an all-too-rare win, as their host won 4-2.
The hosts were 2-0 up midway through the first half after goals from Jack Maskell and Caden Kelly, but Justin Iwobi’s 43rd minute effort gave Farsley hope before the break.
A Matty Cornish own goal then put the Celts on level terms on 51 minutes, but second half efforts from Maskell and Sam Hetherington saw Darlo eventually collect the three points.
Kobe WIlkes • Romulus
Kobe started as the Roms took on Stourport Swifts at the Domino's Arena, in what was their final home game of the season.
Alfie Taylor gave Romulus the lead midway through the first half before Sean Devlin doubled their advantage some nine minutes later.
Stourport cut their opponents' lead later in the game, but Devlin added his second and the Roms' third in the second forty-five to secure the win.
Ronan Maher • Tamworth
Ronan marked the final game of his loan spell with a place in the starting XI as the Lambs took on Maidenhead United at York Road.
Sadly for the RAM, it was a disappointing afternoon for Tamworth as they fell to a 3-1 defeat on the road. Shawn McCoulsky scored in either half, before former Saddler Brendan Kiernan added a third later in the game.
Ben Milnes did give the Lambs some hope with a goal before Kiernan's effort, but it wasn't to be as the points went the way of the home side.
