George Barrett started as Lye Town played host to midtable Anstey Nomads at the Sports Ground on Saturday afternoon.

The match saw plenty of goals scored with Lye opening the scoring just moments into the game as Joe Palmer struck home.

Sadly for Lye, that was the end of their goalscoring exploits as their visitors went on to put five into the back of their net when Jacob Fenton (7', 15'), Tristan Thompson-Matthews (47'), an unfortunate defender (85'), and Zayn Hakeem (90+5') all scored.

Jenson Kilroy started as Hereford Pegasus made their way to the Taxtful Southbank Stadium and took on Corsham Town on Saturday afternoon.

The match was also a high-scoring affair with the home side ultimately emerging victorious, scoring three goals to Pegasus' two.

Corsham opened the scoring via Otis Lewis (11') before an unfortunate defender deflected a Corsham cross into his own net.

Jordan Williamson grabbed a brace of goals for Hereford in the second half, the second coming from the penalty spot only for Nathan Davis to put the home side back into the lead with a couple of minutes of normal time to play.

Charlie Wragg started and scored as Alvechurch defeated Bromsgrove Sporting by two-goals-to-nil at the UK Electrical Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Looking to earn a third win in as many games under Tm Flowers, Krystian Pearce gave the Church an early lead after heading home with just three minutes on the clock.

Charlie, who was a constant threat in attack and probably should have scored more, was on hand to add the game's second and final goal just over half an hour later as he took advantage of a defensive error to pop the ball over the line.
