As we recently confirmed, the draw for the Vertu Trophy - Round of 16 will take place on Saturday, 14th December during the build-up to the Sky Sports Football's coverage of the Championship match between Preston North End and Leeds United.Taking place at approximately 11.50am, Sky Sports’ David Prutton will host the draw alongside former Northern Ireland international, Stuart Dallas and current Portsmouth forward, Colby Bishop. For the Round of 16 Draw, Clubs will remain regionalised in Northern and Southern sections.

The remaining two Round of 32 ties – Blackpool v Aston Villa Under-21s and Peterborough United v Northampton Town – are scheduled for Tuesday, 17th December.
Vertu Trophy Round of 16 ties are to take place during the week commencing Monday, 13th January 2025.
