George Barrett retained his starting sport as Lye Town welcomed Darlaston Town to the Sports Ground on Tuesday evening.
Sadly for George, he was unable to guide his side to victory as goals from Tyler Bruck, Aaron Bishop, and Kieran Cook saw the visitors take all three points.
Rico Browne was named among the starters as Tamworth took on Yeovil Town in the National League at the Lamb.
Rico, who was substituted with five minutes of normal time remaining, helped his side to secure a point as either side found the back of the net.
Charlie Wragg was also among the starters as Bromsgrove Sporting visited the HTFC Community Football Ground in Market Harborough where they took on Harborough Town.
Charlie's recent dry spell continued as neither he nor any of his teammates could find the back of the net with the home side taking the points as an Ethan Patterson was added to by Ben Stephens late in the game.
Charlie didn't compete the full ninety minutes as the Sporting bench looked at other options late in the game.
