Young Walsall midfielder Dylan Thomas has seen his loan spell with Bromsgrove Sporting cut short after suffering an injury setback.
Thomas, who was joined at Sporting by Saddlers scholar Charlie Wragg, has suffered a dislocated shoulder meaning he has been forced to return to the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
Speaking ahead of this weekend's League Two meeting with Grimsby Town, Head Coach Mat Sadler confirmed: "We had a bit of bad news with Dylan this week.
"He’s dislocated his shoulder which is a real shame for him because we were just getting some game time into him over at Bromsgrove so that will come to a halt now and he’ll go into the recovery period.
"Dylan is at the start of his career and we all know that injuries will come at some point during careers so he’s at the start of dealing with that now and I’m sure he’s in good hands."
There is currently no timescale for Dylan's return to action, but we'll keep you posted when we know more.
