The Club has announced a new commercial partnership with The Terrace, who have become Walsall FC's official online retail operations partner.
The Terrace will be a familiar name amongst the Saddlers fanbase, already serving as a licensee and manufacturer of retro shirts and more.
Drawing on The Terrace’s wealth of online retail experience and their existing involvement with the club, fans can expect a more seamless shopping experience, both in-store and online.
The partnership will also bring more frequent online product releases, along with personalisation options. With a forward-thinking approach and modern technological possibilities, this is a major step forward for the club’s retail operations.
In addition to managing online operations, The Terrace has helped the club install an entirely new point-of-sale (POS) system in-store at the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
This advanced system will improve behind-the-scenes logistics and retail management, linking both in-store and online operations for greater efficiency.
The store at The Poundland Bescot Stadium is now open again, providing fans with a faster, streamlined service. The online store is set to go live very soon, with further details to follow.
Speaking via the club's official website, Carl Sewell, Director at The Terrace, said: "We are extremely excited to be working with the Saddlers across extra avenues than we already do!
"The team here are fantastic and we look forward to opening new doors as well as offering more variety and opportunities with online retail for the fans."
Dee Adewunmi, Head of Retail & Product Management, added: "I’m excited to embark on this new journey with The Terrace.
"The Terrace have played a huge role in some of our incredible collections such as the Retro shirt launches, which saw a hugely positive reaction.
"This partnership will allow us to enhance the connection with our loyal fanbase, with bespoke products that are also on trend.
"I can also confirm that we will be receiving our highly anticipated restock of our Home & Away shirts very soon, which I know supporters will be itching to get their hands on."
