Walsall striker Douglas James-Taylor has been nominated for the SSE Airtricity Player of the Month for July, following a successful month in the League of Ireland.
James-Taylor, who is on a season-long loan with Drogheda United, has scored four goals in five league games for the Drogs and has to be one of the favourites to collect the award.
Named alongside Dayle Rooney of Bohemians, Kameron Ledwidge of Shelbourne, Wilson Waweru of Sligo Rovers, Ollie Denham of Sligo Rovers, and Cathal O'Sullivan of Cork City the winner will be announced soon.
