The EFL has confirmed that Walsall will be ball number 24 in this evening's draw for Round Three of the Carabao Cup.The Saddlers secured their place in Round Three by defeating League One outfit Huddersfield Town 3-2 at the Piundland Bescot Stadium as Nathan Lowe's brace, and a handy Liam Gordon-assisted own goal, saw the Reds rebound from going two down to knock out their visitors.
The draw will take place live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports News following the conclusion of this evening's Round Two clash between Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.
Ties will be played during the weeks commencing Monday, 16th and Monday, 23rd September 2024.
