Former Walsall defender Joe Foulkes has joined Kidderminster Harriers on a permanent deal after leaving the Poundland Bescot Stadium at the end of the most recent campaign.After spending two of the latest three seasons on loan with the Harriers, Foulkes, who became a free agent at the end of June, made twenty-three first-team appearances last season, though often struggling for consistent match minutes.
A product of Walsall Academy, Foulkes will be hoping to help Kidderminster get back on track after the struggled over the course of last season.
