Isaac Hutchinson Signs for Bristol Rovers

The Saddlers have seen one of their key players make a move away from the Poundland Bescot Stadium.

Walsall midfielder Isaac Hutchinson has today completed a move to Sky Bet League One side Bristol Rovers, for an as-yet undisclosed fee.

Joining the Saddlers from Derby County in the summer of 2022, 24-year-old Hutchinson scored fifteen goals and provided twelve assists across fifty-three first-team appearances last season and will be a major loss for Mat Sadler's side.

Bristol Rovers, who are managed by former Exeter City and Rotherham United boss Matt Taylor, finished 15th in League One last season and will be hoping Isaac can provide the goals and assists to help them climb up the table next season.

Walsall Football Club can today confirm that midfielder Isaac Hutchinson has joined Bristol Rovers after the League One side triggered the compensation release clause in his contract. - Walsall FC

Isaac has penned a contract until the summer of 2027, with the Gas also having the option to extend for a further twelve months.
