Walsall's new Chief Executive Officer, Ben Sadler, has confirmed the exact date when he'll make the move to the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
Sadler, who will replace the departing Stefan Gamble in WS1, recently said his goodbye's to former club Morecambe as he gets set for a new chapter.
Beginning on Monday, 17th June, Sadler, who spent some four years with Harrogate Town before a three-year spell with the Shrimps, will have plenty on his plate as the club prepares for the 2024/25 campaign.
Speaking via his official X account at the end of May, he said: "Well that’s a wrap for me at MFC.
"Thank you to everyone who has played a part in the last 3 years - amazing staff, great players and a fantastic fan base.
"I came in having never stepped foot in Morecambe and leave it loving the place and club. I’ve made some great friends and we’ve had some brilliant memories.
"A few weeks off are already filled up before I start at Walsall on 17th June. Forever a Shrimp."
