Walsall boss Mat Sadler has sought to praise his side following their 'dominant' display against Swindon Town on Tuesday evening.
Taking the lead via Mo Faal's fifth goal for the club early in the first half, the Saddlers were able to bounce back from a Swindon leveller to snatch all three points late in the game.
Second-half substitute Danny Johnson, who was part of a trio of changes as Sadler searched for a goal, notched a welcome winner in the dying stages to keep his team's Play-Off hopes alive.
Going into the game on the back of a disappointing defeat to Notts County, the Saddlers were able to close the gap on the top seven, with one point keeping them out of the Play-Offs with to games remaining.
Speaking to the media, including the Express & Star, Sadler said: "I thought we absolutely dominated the game.
"It wouldn't have been silly for it to have been four or five nil at half-time. We've dominated through a lot of hard work and a lot of good play.
"I thought we played some fantastic football and when we missed the chance at the start of the second half, with what would've been a highlight goal, with Liam and Mo at the back post, you're thinking, is there a sting in the tail there?
"It turns out there was and they undeservedly got that goal back. Credit to everybody, we've thrown everyone at it, we've thrown the kitchen sink at it and we've come up trumps.
"A hell of a finish from Danny. We know he is an incredible finisher, you don't lose that touch and you don't lose that ability to finish."
