Walsall were back in League Two action on Saturday afternoon as they made their way to the JobServe Community Stadium and took on Colchester United.
The first goal of the game went the way of the Saddlers as Taylor Allen, otherwise known as the Cannock Cannavaro, bagged his second goal of the season, the former Forest Green man sweeping the ball home from Liam Gordon's pullback.
Colchester levelled the scores just minutes into the second-half as Cameron McGeehan slammed the ball into the back of the net following Bradley Ihionvien's short Pass.
