Walsall were back in action on Tuesday evening as they played host to Accrington Stanley, with the Saddlers looking to make it four wins in as many games.
The first goal of the game didn't arrive until the second half, and it went the way of the visitors as Liam Gordon looked to have handled inside the area with former Saddler Jack Nolan only too happy to oblige from the spot.
Stanley's lead didn't last long, however, as on-loan Stoke City man David Okagbue was on hand to level the scores just four-minutes later with a back post header from an Isaac Hutchinson cross.
Walsall remained patient and went in search of another, potentially match-winning goal, and they were rewarded with five-minutes of normal time remaining as on-loan Norwich City man Emmanuel Adeboyega made it three goals in four games to put his side into the lead.
