The in-form Saddlers made their way to the EnviroVent Stadium on Saturday afternoon as they looked to secure three much-needed points at the expense of fellow Play-Off chasers Harrogate Town.
The first-half ended goalless but the same couldn't be said for the second as the Saddlers took the lead with just a couple of minutes played as Liam Gordon finished off a neat attacking move to place the ball into the bottom corner of the goal.
Walsall went on to double their lead with just over five-minutes of the game remaining as on-loan West Brom man Mo Faal came off the bench to slam the ball home via a deflection off defender Liam Gibson.
