Walsall boss Mat Sadler has confirmed that one of his defenders has suffered an injury setback, and will miss the rest of the season.
Speaking ahead of this weekend's League Two meeting with Gillingham, Sadler confirmed that Harry Williams will need to undergo surgery on a hip injury.
21-year-old, Williams has made sixteen first-team appearances since arriving at the club from Alvechurch last summer, will undergo surgery on a hip flexor injury, which he initially sustained in December.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Sadler said: "Harry Williams will be out for the rest of the season.
"It's unfortunately another injury that requires surgery. He'll be out for the rest of the season and will be working really hard ahead of next season."
