In a statement, published via their official website, the Club has sought to reaffirm its commitment to regular communication and engagement with supporters.
The Club recently outlined what lines of communication supporters can expect and is keen to strengthen their methods of communication in a bid to give fans a stronger voice and for the Club to engage more effectively with supporters.
With this in mind, they are working to produce our inaugural fan engagement plan that will be shaped by the fans, for the fans.
The first part of the process will be a fan engagement survey which they encourage all supporters to participate in. This survey will enable them to capture feedback on the existing level of fan engagement and help us identify ways to improve.
By the end of February, they will publish the results and feedback from the survey, the Club will then host a Fan’s Forum to discuss survey feedback in more detail.
By the end of March 2024, their inaugural fan engagement plan will be published to supporters.
