Walsall made their way to the Wham Stadium on Saturday afternoon as they looked to make it three wins in as many league games when they took on Accrington Stanley.
The game's first goal arrived with around ten minutes on the clock as Tommy Leigh tapped home from a Joe Pritchard cross, the home side taking advantage of some sloppy Saddlers defending to take the lead.
Walsall were handed an opportunity to level the scores deep into first-half stoppage time as Donervon Daniels was felled inside the area, with Freddie Draper only too happy to step up and score from the spot.
Accrington were soon back ahead as, with fifty-seven minutes on the clock, Joe Pritchard saw a cross evade all the flying feet before nestling in the back of the Walsall net.
