Walsall have confirmed that midfielder Jack Earing has penned a new 18-month contract at Poundland Bescot Stadium.
Joining the Saddlers from National League side FC Halifax Town in the summer of 2021, Jack has gone on to score five times across seventy-one first-team appearances and will be hoping to add to his tally over the remainder of his deal.
Earing made his first start in 18 months on Friday evening as he stepped up his return from a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering an ACL injury last New Year, with the 24-year-old opening the scoring as the Saddlers secured a 3-1 win over Wrexham.
Speaking via the club's official website, Head Coach Mat Sadler admitted he is delighted to have Earing at his disposal for another 18 months, he said; "I’m delighted Jack has signed a new contract.
"Jack is an incredible person, a fantastic football player and the work he has done to get himself fit and ready is an inspiration to so many people within our group.
"I'm looking forward to continue working with him."
