Walsall boss Mat Sadler has provided an injury update as several members of his squad continue to miss out through a variety of injury issues.
The Saddlers have the likes of Harry Williams, Joe Riley, Jack Earing, Ross Tierney, and Aramide Oteh keeping the medical team busy, and, whilst it's promising news for some, others will have to wait for some time yet.
Sadler, who was speaking shortly after Saturday's disappointing draw with Forest Green Rovers, confirmed that whilst Jack Earing is set to take a big step towards a return, teammate Joe Riley is expected to miss the next two months of action.
As reported by the Express & Star, Mat said; "Joe will be a couple of months with a knee injury. I don't know if anybody has seen him but he had a big brace on his knee.
"We've missed Ross. His energy in the press really underpins what we're about. He is not too far off but Barrow - who knows if that will come too quickly for him.
"But he's not too far away. Harry is not too far out and is probably about the same time frame as Ross.
"Jack will play in the Birmingham Senior Cup on Tuesday. That's the next part of his recovery to play in a game."
