Walsall are being linked with the Deadline Day signing of Stoke City defender David Okagbue, who is reportedly set to arrive at Poundland Bescot Stadium on a season-long loan.Okagbue, a 19-year-old Dublin-born central defender, joined the Potters as an apprentice from St Kevin's Boys Club in 2020, and, along with a short-term spell with Oldham Athletic last season and a previous stint at Chester, has played for various age groups during his time in the Potteries.
