Walsall Head Coach Mat Sadler has spoken to the local press and offered an injury update after two of his players were unable to complete Saturday's defeat to AFC Wimbledon.
The Saddlers, who lost the game 3-1 with Freddie Draper hitting the back of the net for the Reds, were dealt a blow midway through the first-half as Priestley Farquharson limped off before Oisin McEntee was forced off late on.
Sadler, who is already short at the back following Chris Hussey's recent departure, confirmed McEntee is expected to be OK, but Farquharson will undergo a scan this week in a bid to determine the extent of his injury.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Mat said; "Hopefully Oisin is not too bad. We'll see how that settles down over the next couple of days. I don't know but hopefully, it's not too bad.
"We won't know about Priestley until we have a scan but it doesn't look like a great one. That is something we will assess, although my initial thoughts were that it was a bit of a bad one."
