Following the news that he'd made the season-long loan move to WS1, Volves midfielder Harvey Griffiths has spoken of his desire to make the most of his time with the Saddlers.19-year-old Griffiths joined Stoke City defender David Okagbue in making the Deadline Day switch to Walsall and is keen to prove his worth during what will be the first loan spell of his young career.
Speaking via the club's official website, Harvey said; "I’m really excited to join Walsall and I can’t wait to get going.
"I came to watch the game last week and I got a really good feeling about the club I can’t wait to be a part of it.
"I can play as a deeper midfielder and as a box-to-box midfielder who likes to get on the ball and drive forward. I feel like I’m ready for the challenge and I can’t wait to get started."
