Former Walsall midfielder Jacob Maddox has put pen-to-paper on a contract with the Saddlers' League Two rivals Forest Green Rovers after leaving WS1 in the summer.
Joining Walsall from Vitória de Guimarães in the summer of 2022, Jacob went on to make thirty-two first-team appearances for the club before being named among a group of players who were to be released at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.

After confirming his move to the New Lawn, Maddox said; "I’ve known about Forest Green for a while - and I think it’s a great club.
