Following the sad news that former Walsall defender Wayne Evans had passed away at the age of 51, a fundraiser has been launched in a bid to bring him home one last time.
Organised by Saddlers legend Chris Marsh, the JustGiving page is hoping to secure £30,000 in donations in order to repatriate Wayne ahead of his funeral - details of which are yet to be confirmed.

Posting on the fundraising page, Marsh said; "We're raising £30,000 after the sudden and devastating loss of Wayne Evans we are trying to raise funds to help towards the costs of bringing him back home.
"Absolutely devastated to hear of the passing of Wanners at the age of 51. A dear friend and teammate of mine for many years. Truly heartbreaking news and he will be forever missed.
"Wanners lived in Canada and USA with his beloved wife Bev and these funds will go a long way in helping with the repatriation process. Anything you can donate in order to make this process a little less painful."
