The Club has confirmed that former Saddlers Assistant Manager Richard O'Kelly has returned to the club to assist current caretaker boss Mat Sadler until the end of the season.
Sadler, who is working alongside goalkeeping coach Dan Watson, was handed the reins after Head Coach Michael Flynn and his assistant Wayne Hatswell were relieved of their duties on Wednesday.
In a statement, published via their official website, the club confirmed; Walsall Football Club can confirm that Richard O'Kelly will assist interim Head Coach Mathew Sadler until the end of the season.
O'Kelly. 66, enjoyed two spells playing for the Saddlers and also returned to the Club on two separate occasions to assist former manager Dean Smith.
The former assistant coach will now help Mat and Goalkeeper Coach Dan Watson lead the first team through to the end of the current campaign.
