Peter Clarke played for the full ninety-minutes as Oldham Athletic took on Wrexham at the Racecourse on Saturday afternoon.
Looking to earn what would be their first win in five league games, the Latics were on the end of a bit of a thumping as former Saddler Eoghan O'Connell and Elliot Lee joined hat-trick hero Paul Mullin on the scoresheet as the Dragons ran out comfortable 5-1 winners.
Liam Hogan did halve the deficit in the first-half but the home side were able to stretch their advantage in the second-half before Mike Fondop-Talum saw red ahead of Mullin's injury-time third.
Joe Foulkes also played for the entire contest as Kidderminster Harriers made the trip to the Citadel where they took on Farsley Celtic in the National League North.
Farsley, who are captained by former Saddler Andy Butler, endured a frustrating afternoon as Krystian Pearce's early goal proved to be enough to seal a much-needed win for the Harriers on Saturday afternoon.
Sam Perry managed eighty-five minutes as Leamington made the trip to the Impact Arena and took on Alfreton Town in the National Lague North.
Unfortunately for Sam, who was replaced by Hoe Clarke with five-minutes of normal time remaining, he was unable to help the Brakes ease their relegation worries as goals from Bailey Hobson (56'), and veteran forward Matt Rhead (75') secured three welcome points for the hosts.
A Shay Willock-less Worcester Raiders suffered a disappointing 4-0 defeat to Hereford Pegasus, whilst Worcester City's match with Highgate United fell victim to the wet weather.
