The match got off to a quick start with the home side going into the lead with around three minutes on the clock, however Walsall were able to get themselves back on level terms later in the half as Marvellous Onabirekhanlen, who is currently on a one-month Work Experience loan with Worcester City, hit the back of the net.
The scores weren't level for long, however, as Tividale put themselves back into the lead a few minutes later with Harry Lewis slotting past Walsall stopper George Barret from the penalty spot. Penalties continuing to cost the team.
There were no further goals as Tividale earned a visit to the Scholars Ground in the Semi Final at the expense of the Saddlers.
