Walsall boss Michael Flynn has insisted that his team will 'come good' after they played out their sixth draw in seven league games as they and Crewe Alexandra failed to break the deadlock.
Creating some seventeen shots, the Saddlers enjoyed the majority of the attacking play on Tuesday evening, but simply couldn't find the back of the net as their slump continues.
Going into the match on the back of last weekend's one-all draw with Newport County, fans had hoped for an improved display but had to settle for another point as both sheets remained clean.
Speaking to the assembled media, including the Express & Star, Flynn said; "We have a team who are solid at the back and give everything for the cause and one of the games things will go for us.
"I will take the positives, like the clean sheet, and on another night one of those chances would have come off but it wasn't tonight.
"We have to keep believing, if we win our games in hand, we will be one point off the Play-Offs, we're not losing games, as I said we are looking solid and one will go in for us soon."
