The Club has confirmed that midfielder Brendan Kiernan has left Walsall FC following the mutual termination of his contract ahead of a proposed move to Hartlepool United.
The winger made forty-one first-team appearances, scoring six goals, during his time at Poundland Bescot Stadium after joining from Harrogate Town in the summer of 2021.
After struggling to break back into the team, Brendan spent the first half of the season on loan with Grimsby Town where he made twenty-eight first-team appearances before his spell came to an end earlier this month.
We would like to join all at the club in thanking Brendan for his efforts and contributions during his time at the club and we wish him all the best for the future.
