Walsall's injury woes show no sign of coming to an end as, along with the news that midfielder Jack Earing is facing a spell in the sidelines, defender Joe Foukes has also suffered a setback.
Foulkes, who is enjoying a second season-long loan with National League North side Kidderminster Harriers, is understood to have suffered a broken ankle after being forced off during the Harriers' midweek draw with Buxton.
Joe joins Earing, Conor Wilkinson, Joss Labadie, Joe Riley, Oisin McEntee, and Adam Przybek on the treatment table with the gaffer's first-team continuing to suffer as wins continue to become a premium they simply can't secure.
Speaking to the media ahead of this weekend's League Two trip to Stockport County, Flynn confirmed the injury whilst opting to keep another issue under wraps, he said; "There’s more bad news on the injury front, but I’ll keep one or two of them quiet.

"Another thing I will mention is that Joe Foulkes has fractured his ankle out on loan, so even our loan players are getting injured.
"There’s not been one muscle injury, touch wood, so it shows we’re not over-training them or risking them in that way.
"They’re all completely freak injuries, and I’ve never known anything like it. There’s another one or two struggling.
"In terms of players coming back, the answer is no in terms of the next few weeks. But Oisin did join in non-contact, which was really pleasing to see."
