As the first-team continues to prepare for this evening's League Two meeting with Colchester United, the Club has posted several injury updates offering fans a clearer picture on the status of some of the walking wounded.
Issued via their official Twitter account, the club confirmed that defender Oisin McEntee, who suffered a dislocated shoulder whilst playing for the Republic of Ireland's Under-21s in the summer, has begun to train on the grass at the club's Essington Training Ground.

Michael Flynn commented; "It was good seeing Oisin McEntee on the grass because it is the first time he has been able to do it, albeit straight line running, but that is still a step in the right direction."
Fellow summer signing Liam Gordon has also taken to the field with the club's socials showing him taking part in some non-contact sessions as he works his way towards what will be a first appearance for the club since making the move from Bolton Wanderers.
Flynn said; "Liam Gordon has joined in with us, unopposed, but he has been back with the group so that’s good."
It was also confirmed that long-term absentees Joss Labadie and Conor Wilkinson have also stepped up their rehab, with the pair making see of an anti-gravity treadmill as they look to strengthen their leg muscles as their long road to recovery continues.
