Walsall Under-18s will once again ply their trade in the North West division of the EFL Youth Alliance and will be hoping to hit the ground running as their season gets underway this weekend.
After enduring a difficult 2021/22, which saw them finish at the foot of the table, the Rob Williams-led squad will be hoping to replicate some of the form which they entered toward the end of the season as they look to battle against the teams at the top of the table.

Beginning the campaign at home to Carlisle United, with the match set to kick-off at midday on Saturday morning, the young Saddlers will once again play their home games at the Birmingham County FA headquarters on Ray Hall Lane in Great Barr, with fans welcome to take in the game free of charge.
With the likes of Zach Hedge, Rio Sawyers, Jack Shaw, and Shay Willock amongst the ranks, the future is bright for the scholars as they head into another Alliance campaign.
