Walsall striker Danny Johnson and Head Coach Michael Flynn have both been named in the EFL Team of the Week following the Saddlers' opening-day drubbing of Hartlepool United.
Johnson, who is with the club on a six-month loan from Mansfield Town, grabbed a debut hat-trick as his new side opened their 2022/23 League Two campaign with a four-nil victory over the Pools - a result which was the Saddlers' biggest opening-day victory on some 75 years.

Meanwhile, Flynn, who joined Johnson and defender Manny Monthé in the League Two Team of the Week, has been named Manager of the Week after guiding his team to a comfortable win, a result he'll be keen to replicate when he takes his team to former club Newport County this weekend.
