The Club has confirmed that goalkeeping coach Maik Taylor has left Poundland Bescot Stadium in order to complete a return to former club Birmingham City.
Taylor made more than 240 first-team appearances over a seven-year spell with the St Andrew's side, giving him plenty of reason to return, and will now form part of recently-appointed manager John Eustace's side.
50-year-old Taylor arrived in WS1 in the summer of 2019 and worked with the likes of Liam Roberts, Jack Rose and Carl Rushworth during his spell in the Black Country.
Along with the various stoppers, Taylor is no stranger to a change in manager having worked under four since arriving in making the move to the Saddlers, with the likes of Darrell Clarke, Brian Dutton, Matt Taylor, and Michael Flynn all requiring his services.
Best of luck, Maik!
