Speaking via the Harriers' official website, Tom said; "I’m a defender that loves to defend. I love to win my headers, tackles and blocks and I love to be part of a defensive unit that keeps clean sheets.
"I’ve had good conversations with the Manager and Jimmy, and I’m looking forward to getting started and working with them. It is a team that’s going places and I wanted to be part of."
