Walsall are being linked with a loan move for Manchester United defender Reece Devine, who would become the club's third signing of the January Transfer Window.
20-year-old Devine, who spent youth spells with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester City before joining United, spent the first-half of this season on loan at Scottish Premiership side St. Johnstone but was recalled earlier this month.
The left-sided defender made ten first-team appearances across all competitions whilst with the McDiarmid Park side, with three appearances coming in the Europa League, including a famous one-all draw with Galatasaray.
Walsall have been searching for new options over the course of the transfer window, a search which became much more urgent with the injury to left back Stephen Ward last weekend.
