Walsall have confirmed their second signing of the January Transfer Window as Crewe Alexandra defender Donervon Daniels joins on a permanent deal until the end of the season.
28-year-old Daniels spent the last 18 months at League One Crewe, making thirty-one first-team appearances during his time with the Railwaymen.
Beginning his career with West Bromwich Albion, the former Baggies apprentice enjoyed loan spells with Tranmere Rovers, Gillingham, Blackpool, and Aberdeen before joining Wigan Athletic permanently in 2015.
Going on to be part of the Latics team that won League One in 2015/16, Donervon endured an injury disrupted the 2016/17 season before joining Rochdale on loan for the 2017/18 campaign.
In 2018, he joined Blackpool, where he spent a season before linking up with Luton Town in the Championship a year later. A loan spell at Doncaster Rovers followed before he made the switch to Crewe in the summer of 2020.
