Walsall Under-18s returned to action on Saturday morning as they played host to Oldham Athletic Under-18s in their latest EFL Youth Alliance outing of the season.
Walsall's disappointing EFL Youth Alliance campaign continued on Saturday morning as Miguel Llera's youngsters played host to Oldham Athletic at Ray Hall Lane.

Heading into the match on the back of last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Port Vale, the Saddlers went on to lose their seventh game in as many Alliance outings as the young Latics scraped home by three-goals-to-two.
With reports somewhat limited, the club confirmed one of their goalscorers, with Callum Derry putting his team into the lead after eleven minutes of play.
Sadly for the Saddlers their lead was short-lived as, with twelve-minutes of the first-half remaining, Kofi Moore's effort deflected off Rio Sawyers and into the back of the net.
The Saddlers retook the lead just a minute later but were soon pegged back as Jim Simms put his team back on level terms, with Moore grabbing his second and Oldham's third on the stroke of half-time.
There were no further goals as Oldham held on to take all-three points. Another disappointing afternoon for the struggling Saddlers.
