CLUB SHOP
The Club Shop will be open from 12pm through to 5pm on Saturday matchdays. 2021-22 training wear will be available in store. You can also pick up a copy of the matchday programme - Saddlers Shout.
TICKETS
The Ticket Office will be open from 11am until kick-off tomorrow. Please remember, cash will not be accepted at the Ticket Office. You can also purchase online at any time.
If you are experiencing issues downloading your season ticket to your smartphone, we advise you to come to the Ticket Office window between 11am-12pm to avoid queues and allow plenty of time for the team to assist you.
CASHLESS PARTS OF THE STADIUM
The Banks’s Stadium is now a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted across the Ticket Office, Kiosks, Club Shop and hospitality areas.
Any supporter who does not have a credit or debit card will be able to load cash onto a gift card that can be used at kiosks, bars and hospitality areas.
Supporters who wish to deposit cash will need to go to window five of the Ticket Office to do this.
You will be able to upload £10, £20, £30 or £50 onto the gift card. Should you have money left over after the match, please keep your gift card, and you will be able to top it up further at future matches.
Please bear with us as this is a new system being implemented, and the pandemic has presented some challenges around staffing and supply. We appreciate your patience.
CASH ONLY AREAS OF THE STADIUM
While we are still in the transitional period of moving cashless, the Green Zone Car Park and purchase of matchday programmes will be CASH ONLY.
Parking in the green zone car park is £5 and programmes are £3. We will communicate again with supporters once the transition has been completed.
PROGRAMMES
Supporters will be able to purchase our programme, Saddlers Shout, outside the stadium from our programme sellers. They will also be available at the Club Shop.
FACE COVERINGS
While face coverings aren’t mandatory, we advise and encourage supporters to wear a face covering where possible, particularly when walking around the stadium.
FANZONE
The fanzone in the St Francis Group Stand is now required to be a self-isolation zone and will unfortunately not be open to supporters.
HOTEL
Please note, supporters will not be able to access the Park Inn Hotel bar at any point. The hotel is being used for people in quarantine after travel.
