Speaking to BBC Radio WM after his side suffered a second defeat in as many outings as Doncaster Rovers won the post-match penalty shoot-out to reach Round Two of the Carabao Cup, Taylor admitted to being disappointed, but insisted there were plenty of positives to take from the game.
The Saddlers started the game brightly but were ultimately unable to grab a goal in normal time as Walsall went on to lose yet another shoot-out, with the focus now turning to this weekend's League Two clash with Forest Green Rovers.
