In a statement, released via the club's official website, they confirm plans to open the doors to customers for the first time in many months as the ongoing Covid-19 crisis forced all sales online..
In line with the ongoing government led roadmap out of the Coronavirus pandemic, The Club Shop at the Banks’s Stadium will be re-opening for supporters from Monday, 12th April.
The club thanks all supporters their patience with the shop closure since the start of the year. Starting on Monday, the club shop will be open three times a week until further notice.
Mondays – 10am to 3pm
Wednesdays – 9.30am to 4.30pm
Fridays – 9.30am to 4.30pm
At this time, to ensure both the safety of the supporters and club staff; social distancing, the wearing of face masks and the not trying on of any items on will continue to be enforced.
The overview of club shop policies will continue to be on display throughout the shop and they ask anybody attending to please continue to adhere.
For those supporters still needing to shield or unable to visit the club shop at the stadium for any reason, the online club store continues to be available with stock numbers updated regularly.
Club shop staff will only be working the days that the physical store is open so supporters are asked for their continued patience when making queries, you will receive a response as soon as the team is able.
The club would also like to thank supporters for their support of the 2021-22 Third Kit pre-order – the pre-order window will remain open until Friday, 23rd April.
