Walsall Head Coach Brian Dutton has spoken ahead of this weekend's League Two clash with Stevenage and admitted he is expecting a tough test.
Chatting via Zoom, Dutton, who recently took charge following Darrell Clarke's move to Port Vale, has already seen his side defeated at the hands of Cheltenham Town, and is keen to respect his upcoming opponents.
The former Development Coach admitted that Stevenage are in better form then the Saddlers and his side will need to be at their beat if they are to take anything from the game.
With the league continuing to provide several surprise results, the gaffer insisted 'anybody can beat anybody' as he prepares to take charge of his second game in the hot seat.
Brian said; "It’s a tough game. Stevenage have made signings in the transfer window, they’re 11th in the form table and they’re on the up so it’s going to be a game we can’t treat lightly.
"Like I say, they’re 11th in the form table and we’re 19th so we’ve got to make sure we’re on our metal and go get the three points.
"It’s a strange league this season, there isn’t, for me, one team that’s absolutely exceptional that will blitz the league.
"Anybody can beat anybody. We’ve got some good teams in the league and some average teams and Stevenage, on their day, are very dangerous opposition."
