Walsall Football Club has today confirmed that no players or members of staff have tested positive for COVID-19 following the latest round of testing.
In a brief Tweet the club's media team confirmed that all tests have returned negative results, meaning the first-team is clear to continue training as they prepare for this weekend's Sky Bet League Two clash with Mansfield Town.
An EFL-wide testing programme has been carried out after the league recently commenced regular testing following an agreement between them and the Professional Footballers' Association resulted in the introduction of twice-weekly COVID-19 testing for all 72 clubs.
