Walsall FC have confirmed that the deadline to respond to the club's survey has been extended to midday on Wednesday, 19th August.
As the 2020/21 season fast approaches, club officials are working alongside the EFL and Government to see the return of spectators to the Banks’s Stadium as and when it is safe to do so.
At present, the 2020/21 campaign is set to begin behind closed doors but, to assist in our plans for the return of spectators at social distance, the club are asking supporters who have purchased a 2020/21 season ticket to respond to a short survey to help them to ensure that they are able to provide season ticket holders with the best possible matchday experience as and when they are allowed to do so.
The club would like to thank all supporters who have completed the survey so far. They understand some supporters did not receive the survey or were unable to get in touch with the club so have extended the deadline until midday on Wednesday, 19th August.
The club would appreciate a swift response from as many supporters as possible, but do only require one supporter per social bubble to respond.
An email including the link to this survey has been sent out to our 2020/21 season ticket holders database. If you have purchased a season ticket for the upcoming campaign but haven't received this email as of yet, please contact [email protected].
Whilst we have no confirmed date for the return of crowds, the more information we are able to gather in the interim period, the more the club can cater for all supporters’ requirements.
Your help and assistance is much appreciated and the club would like to thank all supporters for their continued support during these uncertain times.
