West Brom Release a Duo of Former Walsall Loanees

As many clubs look to balance the books with the ongoing coronavirus outbreak continuing to have a major impact on finances, West Bromwich Albion have announced the departure of a familiar duo.
Listed among a group of players from both the first-team and youth system defenders Jack Fitzwater and Kane Wilson will become free agents at the end of the month bringing to an end their long association with the Hawthorns-based side.

Wilson 20, and Fitzwater 22, both had loan spells in WS1 with Fitzwater, a product of West Brom's youth system, enjoying three separate spells at the Banks's, making over forty first-team appearances before ultimately returning to the Baggies and their development team.

Wilson, a former England Under-16 and Under-17 international who joined West Brom at the age of seven, spent last season on loan with Tranmere Rovers. Kane made twenty Saddlers appearances during the 2018/19 campaign before a seventeen game spell with Exeter City and his recent spell with Tranmere.

Also leaving the Baggies later this month are, goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi, Jack Chambers, Kevin Healy, Brad House, Dan Meredith and Sam Wilding along with a host of second and third year scholars.
