The donation, which includes a variety of drinks, crisps and snacks, was recently collected from the Stadium by Acorns volunteers to be distributed to families in need around the area.
Acorns are Walsall Football Club’s charity partner and the club has already pledged to raise £10,000 for the charity this season, something which is close to chairman Leigh Pomlett's heart.
Speaking via the club's official website, Noel Cramer, Director of Supporter Engagement at Acorns, said; "Acorns has a close relationship with Walsall FC fans, officials and players through their support for our Black Country hospice.
"This latest donation from the Club will be given to the families we support who are shielding their children at home, making a simple task like going to the shops too difficult.
"We have been inundated with gifts from individuals, groups, local businesses, schools, faith groups, sports clubs and more - which speaks volumes about how the community has come together to stand with us in the fight against Covid-19."
