Norman, who was on hand to assist Elijah Adebayo as he netted the first of two goals against Exeter City on Saturday afternoon, has made twenty-four appearances so far this season and is keen to contribute to the Saddlers' attacking and defensive efforts over the remainder of the season.
The 24-year-old revealed that he has been working with assistant manager Marcus Stewart, with the experienced and well-travelled former striker helping him to to better understand the attacking side of the game.
Norman, a Norwich City academy graduate, admitted he was was pleased to see his cross lead to a goal last weekend and feels his hard work on the training ground is beginning to pay off.
Speaking via the club's official website, Cameron said; "We do a lot with Marcus Stewart. I get forward a lot so it’s important that I work on that side of the game as well as the defensive side so it’s good when you work hard in training and it comes off on the pitch and everyone’s happy so I was really happy with that one.
"If I can help in any way that I can, putting the balls in, I get forward as much as a wide man so it’s important that I work on that part of the game. They take a lot of weight off our shoulders when one goes in and that puts us in a good position."
The Saddlers in-form have picked up seven points against promotion-chasing opposition over their last three matches and Norman believes the latest run of results has provided the squad a welcome confidence boost.
Cameron continued; "Those kinds of games breed confidence into the boys. I think we’ve got a lot of confidence behind us at the moment so we don’t fear anyone, especially to take the points off Exeter today, they’re right up there so that shows what we can do and it’s a big confidence boost."
