Bumper Crowd Expected as Port Vale Sell Over 2,100 Tickets

This weekend's League Two clash between Walsall and Port Vale is set to be played in front of a bumper crowd at Banks's Stadium as the Valiants are set to bring over 2,000 fans down the M6 to WS1.
After selling out both their initial and added allocations there will be some 2,177 Vale supporters in attendance as the two in-form sides lock horns in a bid to secure three crucial points on Saturday afternoon.

That number means Vale will be followed by their third biggest away following of the season, having sold out an 8,000 allocation for their Emirates FA Cup tie at Manchester City in January and taken 2,261 to their clash with Crewe Alexandra in November.

Vale fans can no longer purchase tickets but spaces remain in the home end and there will also be a cash turnstile in operation in the HomeServe Stand (Lower), with spaces available on a 'first come first served' basis.

The Saddlers will be looking to earn their third win in four league games and hope to be able to build upon last weekend's comeback win over Northampton Town as the Reds look to make the leap into the top-half of the table.
